Clarissa is a trial lawyer at Smith Katzenstein & Jenkins LLP.  As part of a well-rounded practice, Clarissa has represented clients in each of Delaware’s state courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in commercial litigation.  In particular, Clarissa has significant experience with contract disputes, alternative entity disputes and business divorce matters.

Clarissa is on the executive committee of the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court and an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
