Attorney Profile

Clarissa’s practice focuses on cases specially assigned to the Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and on Court of Chancery matters.  She counsels clients regarding the Delaware General Corporation Law and alternative entity statutes with an emphasis on limited liability matters.  Clarissa has significant experience with business divorce matters and has taken several such cases to trial.

Clarissa also routinely handles insurance defense, products liability, intellectual property and employment law matters.  As a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III and the Honorable Charles E. Butler, Clarissa is strongly grounded in the Delaware court system.
