Firm partner, Julie O’Dell recently spoke at the Delaware State Bar Association’s 2025 Women and the Law Section Retreat held in Dewey Beach, Delaware on March 20-21, 2025. Julie participated on a panel entitled: “The Road To Partner—Do You Want To Go Down It?” The panel discussed the path to partnership in different sized firms and the responsibilities and financial implications that come with partnership.
